Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Business Analyst and IT project manager to lead Global Sales & Marketing IT digital transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with business and IT teams, gather requirements, and develop plans for AI/ML-driven search technologies while ensuring on-time delivery within budget.

You will drive implementation with onshore and offshore teams, manage risks, and communicate status to stakeholders.

Qualifications

5+ years as a Business Analyst and IT project manager, preferably with enterprise search or AI/ML platforms.
Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira/ServiceNow.
Strong understanding of search technologies (Elastic, semantic search) and GenAI/LLMs.

Responsibilities

Define, prepare, and execute projects and change programs with business and IT teams.
Develop project plans and high-level functional designs and user flows.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
Manage risks and mitigate obstacles to keep delivery on time and budget.
Coordinate with onshore/offshore development teams and vendors as needed.
Communicate project status to stakeholders and coordinate testing and release activities.
Monitor KPIs for search effectiveness, user satisfaction, and lead generation.
