Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or related field
• Minimum Experience: 8+ years in Change Management, Program Management, or IT Transformation in large-scale enterprise environments
• Required Technical Skills: SDLC methodologies, Agile and DevOps, enterprise change management frameworks, risk registers, dashboarding and KPI development
