SCI Summit Consulting, LLC in the United States seeks a senior program manager to lead enterprise AI and automation initiatives, shaping governance, discovery, and delivery across IT, product, and business teams. You will document requirements, runbooks, and executive-ready updates, partner across functions, and drive momentum while escalating risks with practical recommendations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, CS, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in program management, product operations, business analysis, transformation, AI, automation, technology delivery, or related roles.
Experience supporting AI, data, automation, or technology-driven initiatives required.
Demonstrated ability to shape governance frameworks, operating cadences, intake processes, prioritization methodologies, and cross-functional decision forums.
Leads discovery, requirements definition, and business analysis for complex initiatives, translating needs into defined requirements and artifacts.
Strong documentation skills including business requirements, process flows, governance materials, and executive communications.
Excellent written and verbal communication to updates for stakeholders and senior leadership.
Trusted partner who facilitates cross-functional collaboration and scalable enterprise programs.

Responsibilities

Partner with IT, product, and business teams to surface and move AI initiatives from intake through adoption.
Shape operating model and standard processes for AI initiatives across the enterprise.
Facilitate cross-functional alignment to drive prioritization and resolve dependencies.
Improve the operating model and ways of working to scale the AI program.
Lead end-to-end discovery and requirements definition for AI and automation initiatives.
Create and maintain high-quality documentation and runbooks for governance and implementation.
Prepare decision-ready materials and provide portfolio visibility to leadership.
Escalate risks with actionable recommendations and provide senior-level analysis.
