Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing data science teams.

• Drive AI capabilities across search, retrieval, NLP, and generative AI.
• Translate customer/scientific challenges into scalable solutions.
• Establish evaluation, model quality, and responsible AI practices.
• Collaborate with product, eng, research, UX, analytics, and domain experts.
• Mentor team members and foster scientific rigor and learning.
• Guide adoption of emerging AI technologies and architectures.
