Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing teams of data scientists and ML engineers.
• Define and execute data science strategies that advance discovery and knowledge access.
• Drive AI capabilities across search, retrieval, NLP and knowledge systems.
• Translate complex customer and scientific problems into scalable data science solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, UX, Analytics and domain experts to shape strategy.
