Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Data Science, ML, AI, CS, Statistics, Applied Mathematics.
• Strong Python programming skills and production-quality data science experience.
• Experience with ML fundamentals: model development, evaluation, and optimization.
• Experience handling large-scale structured or unstructured datasets.
• Hands-on with modern AI tech: LLMs, embeddings, retrieval, and generative AI.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy ML, NLP, and generative AI solutions for knowledge discovery.
• Build retrieval, search, ranking, and QA systems to improve research outcomes.
• Connect information across publications, datasets, and knowledge graphs.
• Fine-tune and integrate LLMs and RAG into production environments.
• Create evaluation frameworks measuring quality, reliability, and trust.
• Develop scalable data pipelines and ML workflows for experimentation and monitoring.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, UX, analytics, and domain experts.
