The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in delivery leadership, specifically within AI solutions on Salesforce or AWS, with strong communication skills and certifications in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in delivery leadership overseeing AI-related solutions.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in professional services or consulting.
• Experience leading projects as a project manager or scrum leader.
• Certified Salesforce Admin and Consultant certifications.
• Proven track record in managing scope and writing SOWs.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall delivery of Agentforce projects as product owner.
• Guide customers in defining use cases and business outcomes.
• Plan, monitor and manage project financials and schedule.
• Act as primary day-to-day point of contact for clients.
• Facilitate project status meetings and manage project teams.
• Drive internal initiatives for innovation and efficiencies.
