Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI interview models by responding to scenario-based sales questions.
• Provide detailed feedback on relevance, accuracy, and realism of AI questions/answers.
• Simulate sales conversations with AI models across industries and deal types.
• Document observations on AI performance, noting strengths and areas for improvement.
• Offer insights on sales best practices, objection handling, lead qualification, relationship management, and closing strategies.
• Refine project guidelines and evaluation standards from a sales expert perspective.
