Job summary

Endex in New York City is seeking a Sales Development Representative to build pipeline, qualify prospects and onboard new customers. You will work with founders, AEs and the product team to shape target customers and drive expansion.

You will lead outbound across email, LinkedIn and phone, run kickoff sessions with new clients and ensure users realize value in their first week, while feeding product feedback to the team. This is an in-person, fast-paced role at a growing AI startup.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years in sales, customer success, consulting, banking or similar.
• Track record of excellence and high personal standards.
• Customer-focused and proactive in communication.
• Able to learn and teach new tools quickly.
• Comfortable engaging with analysts, operators and executives.

Responsibilities

• Research target accounts, map buying teams and run outbound.
• Book qualified meetings for AEs and founders.
• Get new teams live fast; run kickoff sessions and integrations.
• Drive adoption across email, Teams, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Translate customer feedback into product requests and feature ideas.
• Monitor usage and surface expansion opportunities; assist renewals and upsells.
• Create sequences, playbooks and onboarding materials.
