Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a senior program leader to own the AI Governance Dashboard, drive portfolio reporting, and produce executive-level materials for ongoing AI bets. You will collaborate with Finance, HR, Legal, and technical teams to ensure value realization and strong governance across multi-workstream programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in program management, PMO, or transformation roles in a large organization.
• Direct experience leading technology, digital, or AI-driven transformation programs from plan through delivery.
• Experience tracking value realization with Finance, including defending or pushing back on reported value.
• Hands-on experience running an operating cadence for a multi-workstream portfolio.
• Experience applying governance criteria across multiple programs and holding teams to them.
• Experience aligning cross-functional stakeholders, including Finance, HR, Legal, and technical teams.
• Experience spotting at-risk programs early and building recovery plans with program owners.
• Strong written communication for executive readers.
• Hands-on experience building automated dashboards and connecting to source systems (Power BI or similar).

Responsibilities

• Own and define KPIs for the AI Governance Dashboard and automate data feeds.
• Ensure consistent reporting standards across bets and close gaps in tracking.
• Own weekly portfolio activity reports with scope, DRIs, and milestones.
• Apply governance criteria across AI Bets and improve them.
• Produce CEO, Board, and ELT materials from the AI portfolio reviews.
• Track value realization and reconcile reported vs validated benefits with Finance.
• Monitor adoption and changes in ways of working across bets.
• Manage cross-bet dependencies and escalate blockers with a fact-based plan.
• Flag at-risk bets early and develop recovery path plans.
• Coordinate a network of program leads and may lead a small team of analysts.
