Job summary

Maxinsights is seeking a Solutions Manager to bridge customers with Product, Engineering, and Operations in AI, robotics, and autonomous driving. You will own customer projects from discovery to delivery, designing scalable data collection and delivery solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, define scopes, timelines, and budgets, and ensure feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with customer objectives. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (solutions engineering, technical sales, PM, product).
• Experience in AI, robotics, autonomous driving, data services, or related tech.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end AI data lifecycle (collection, annotation, QA, delivery, training, evaluation).
• Ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into actionable project plans.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer engagement lifecycle for AI, robotics, and autonomous driving projects.
• Lead technical discussions to understand business objectives, workflows, and data requirements.
• Translate complex customer needs into clear, measurable project requirements and success criteria.
• Develop a deep understanding of how customers use data for robot learning, autonomous systems, model training, and evaluation.
