Job summary

Maxonic Inc. is seeking an AI Product Owner to translate AI opportunities into practical capabilities that improve digital experiences, customer self-service, support operations, and enterprise workflows.

You will define product outcomes, prioritize use cases, manage delivery backlogs, and support adoption. You will partner with AI Automation Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, platform teams, and delivery partners from discovery through launch and continuous improvement, driving governance, training,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, ownership, or related roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional technology initiatives from discovery through launch.
• Ability to translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, and metrics.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery, backlog management, and release planning.
• Ability to define OKRs, KPIs, and measure adoption for AI initiatives.
• Experience using SQL, Python, and BI tools for data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and prioritize AI and automation opportunities across domains.
• Define product vision, scope, user needs, success metrics, and adoption objectives.
• Develop business cases, value hypotheses, and prioritization criteria.
• Own prioritized product backlogs including epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with AI Engineers, platform teams, and delivery partners through lifecycle stages.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and user research to validate use cases.
• Drive responsible adoption and measure ROI through governance, training, and reporting.
