Job summary

Innodata is seeking a Robotics Solutions Engineer to be a trusted technical partner for robotics and modelbuilding teams. You will design data capture solutions, lead pilots and demos, and help turn real-world robotics problems into concrete datasets and evaluation strategies that unlock model and business impact.

The role requires hands-on robotics/data engineering, collaboration with customers’ ML teams, and strong ownership across presales to delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing with Python and robotics/ML languages.
• Hands-on experience with robotics or Physical AI systems (perception/control stacks, teleoperation, simulation, or data pipelines).
• Desire to conduct ongoing research and be a thought leader in world models and robotics models.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with the credibility to work with executives and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Scope and deliver technical pilots and POCs with robotics customers.
• Design and implement robotics data capture solutions and pipelines (real world, lab, simulation).
• Translate architectures into actionable Statements of Work for customers.
• Design demos, playbooks, and workflows to showcase data capabilities.
