JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Risk Intelligence & AI Lead to own the development of AI-powered risk intelligence capabilities for consumer banking risk insights. You will lead design, deployment, and governance of LLM-driven solutions, agent workflows, and robust analytic tools that automate research and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field and 3+ years in data science, risk analytics, AI/ML engineering.
• Experience deploying Generative AI or LLM-based solutions, including prompt engineering and RAG.
• Strong proficiency in Python/SQL with large data sets and production-scale workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead AI risk intelligence capabilities across consumer and small business health indicators.
• Design and deploy Generative AI and Agentic AI capabilities for risk insights and executive reporting.
• Translate risk and macro trends into actionable, executive-ready communications for leadership.
• Collaborate with Technology, Data, Risk Management, and Governance to meet controls and governance standards.
• Build automated research and reporting pipelines; monitor and improve risk monitoring effectiveness.
• Stay current on LLMs, agentic AI, and enterprise AI platforms; prototype scalable solutions.
