Job summary

Cedars-Sinai is seeking an Ai Engineer (Rev Cycle Data Intelligence Analyst) to translate complex business needs into data-driven solutions. You will craft reports, dashboards, and datasets, enabling advanced analytics across the health system.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in SQL with Python/R, plus Epic Clarity experience and BI tooling. Work may involve remote collaboration with the EIS team and external vendors, delivering insights that improve revenue cycle decision-making.

Qualifications

• 3+ years with SQL and reporting tools; strong data analysis skills.
• Experience with Python, R, Oracle, Microsoft SQL, and Power BI.
• Epic experience especially Clarity reports; HB/PB certification preferred.
• Healthcare data experience and knowledge of hospital billing analytics.

Responsibilities

• Build, validate, and operationalize AI and analytics solutions in a secure healthcare environment.
• Support revenue cycle analytics for hospital and professional billing.
• Advance predictive analytics, NLP, automation, and self-service intelligence.
• Triages data requests and translates business needs into reports and datasets.
• Collaborate with vendors and EIS team on testing and quality assurance.
