Cedars-Sinai seeks an Ai Engineer (Rev Cycle Data Intelligence Analyst) to translate clinical and billing data needs into actionable insights. You will build reports, dashboards, and datasets supporting enterprise data intelligence initiatives within a secure healthcare environment.

You'll collaborate with end-users, vendors, and the EIS team to advance predictive analytics, data quality, and self-service analytics, while ensuring compliance and governance across revenue cycle analytics.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of SQL experience and knowledge of Python, R, Oracle, and Power BI.
• 1+ year experience with hospital and professional billing modules in Epic.
• Epic Clarity reports (HB and/or PB) development preferred.
• Hands-on experience with reporting analysis and custom reports.
• Familiarity with hospital databases and data warehousing.
• Experience analyzing Clarity reports, Reporting Workbench, and Radar build requests.
• Understanding healthcare applications and needs of clinicians.
• Proficiency in Reporting Workbench and Radar build; able to teach concepts.

Aufgaben

• Translate end-user requests into data definitions and reporting requirements.
• Create reports, dashboards, and datasets for enterprise data intelligence.
• Provide data analysis to support analytics projects across Revenue Cycle.
• Collaborate with vendors and EIS team on QA and testing initiatives.
• Lead requirements analysis and stakeholder mapping for complex projects.
• Serve as primary contact for vendor support and issue resolution.
• Contribute to strategy discussions on data solutions with EIS team.
