Job summary

Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Work from home or while traveling, with flexible hours and weekly payments. Earn up to $15 USD per hour plus incentives, and get access to leading language models.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience for careful review.
• Comfortable with natural, everyday conversational speech.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each response sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which followed the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming in, replaying) to spot artifacts, distortions, or mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing explanations in English.
