Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of their home. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

This is a 1099 contract opportunity with flexible hours and weekly payments. Contributors help shape how AI systems reason and improve, earning up to $15 per hour plus additional incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay/zoom to inspect outputs.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video misalignment.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, and writing a concise English explanation of observations.
