Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a flexible, remote schedule. You will engage in live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain what was off in writing.

Your work helps improve AI reasoning and responses while earning up to $15 per hour with additional incentives. Contributors review image and video pairs, assess adherence to prompts, and provide evidence-based explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing a concise explanation in English.
