Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from the comfort of their own space. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, compare image and video pairs, and explain what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

At Outlier, your input helps shape how AI systems reason and improve. You will score outputs, write evidence-based explanations, and contribute to the evaluation loop that guides frontier research into practical AI

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication and comfort with natural conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural and clear each sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video misalignment; writing a concise English explanation.
