Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, compare outputs, and explain what’s off in writing, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

Fluent English with clear written communication and comfort with natural conversational speech.
Strong attention to detail, patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
Nice to have: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and useful each one sounded.
Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
Inspecting outputs closely and writing a detailed English explanation of the issues observed.
Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and documenting findings.
