Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, compare images and videos for prompt accuracy, and explain what looked or sounded off in writing.

This fully remote, flexible role supports global participation with weekly payments and free access to leading LLMs. At Outlier, your work helps shape AI reasoning and learning by feeding feedback into evaluation loops.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and clear written communication.
• a strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• think clearly on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios conversationally.
• experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Conduct live English conversations with AI voices and rate naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge prompt fidelity.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, text/audio mismatch.
• Rate adherence/quality/realism and explain findings in writing.
