Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score each exchange, compare AI-generated images and videos to prompts, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable deciding between flawed options when needed.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to assess adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot artifacts, flicker, or audio-video mismatches.
• Writing specific explanations in English pointing to observed issues.
