Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include ranking naturalness, quality, and adherence to prompts, and writing concise explanations in English that pinpoint the issue. All work is remote, with flexible hours and pay per hour.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming in, replaying) to spot problems like artifacts or misalignment.
• Writing a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
