Deloitte Cyber invites a seasoned AI Engineering Manager to lead forward-deployed AI capabilities inside client environments. You will design, build, and ship production-grade AI using the client's data and workflows, focusing on resilience, recovery orchestration, and audit-ready evidence generation.

You will mentor teams, guide technical solutions during pursuits, and drive adoption through client-facing workshops and demonstrations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8-10+ years of hands-on software engineering building production-grade systems.
• 5+ years translating requirements into target-state architectures (REST APIs, microservices, event-driven, or serverless).
• 2+ years delivering solutions on AWS/Azure/GCP including containers, CI/CD, version control.

Aufgaben

• Design and hands-on build AI-enabled solutions inside a client's environment.
• Ensure production-grade AI systems meet guardrails, observability, reliability, security, and cost/performance.
• Lead workshops, demonstrations, and training to drive adoption of AI capabilities.
• Mentor engineers and lead workstreams within the engagement.
• Oversee delivery scope, timelines, quality, and client satisfaction.
