Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Technical Resilience FDE Senior Manager to lead embedded AI engineering engagements in client environments. You will design, build, and ship production-grade AI capabilities while guiding the team and shaping technical roadmaps across multiple workstreams.

You will mentor engineers and engineering managers, own production AI practices, and engage CISO and GRC leaders to align automation with audit and resilience objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with hands-on software engineering background.
• Proven experience delivering production-grade AI/LLM solutions in client environments.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical roadmaps and architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and hands-on build AI-enabled solutions inside a client environment.
• Lead, mentor, and develop engineering managers and teams across engagements.
• Architect AI capability roadmaps across multiple workstreams and domains.
• Engage stakeholders to prioritize automation of controls and evidence workflows.
• Own technical solutioning, demos, POCs, and pricing inputs for opportunities.
• Deliver scalable accelerators and reusable IP with strong documentation.
