Job summary

Deloitte Cyber Resilience embeds senior AI engineering leadership directly with client environments to design, build, and ship production-grade AI capabilities using the client’s data and workflows. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CS/Engineering/IT.
• 12-15+ years hands-on software engineering delivering production-grade systems using Python, Java, or Node.js.
• 3+ years translating client requirements into target-state architectures using REST APIs, microservices, event-driven or serverless.
• 3+ years delivering solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP including containers, CI/CD, and version control.
• 3+ years building and deploying generative AI/LLM solutions (agents, RAG) in client or production environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-enabled solutions inside a client’s environment using live data and systems.
• Set and own standards for production AI practices across multiple engagements.
• Mentor and manage Engineering Managers and teams across client engagements.
• Architect the AI capability roadmap across workstreams or domains for a client portfolio.
• Engage client stakeholders to prioritize automation of controls, monitoring, and evidence workflows.
• Translate client needs into working production-grade AI solutions.
• Lead hands-on design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade AI solutions.
• Own technical solutioning during pursuits including demos, proofs of concept, and pricing inputs.
• Own client enablement across engagements through workshops and adoption planning.
• Manage client delivery across scope, timelines, quality, and satisfaction.
• Create reusable accelerators and scale their adoption across teams.
• Own the technical roadmap and contribute to capability development.
