Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, NLP, or related field.
• 3+ years of AI research experience with demonstrated impact.
• Strong expertise in transformer architectures, deep learning, and generative AI.
• Hands-on experience with Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
• Experience with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG, RLHF, or model optimization.
• Strong background in mathematics, statistics, and ML theory.
• Excellent communication and scientific writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct original research in ML, NLP, generative AI, and conversational intelligence.
• Design and evaluate novel algorithms, model architectures, and AI training methodologies.
• Improve large language models for real‑time understanding, reasoning, and response generation.
• Develop advanced dialogue systems and context‑aware AI experiences.
• Research multimodal AI, speech recognition, and human‑AI interaction.
• Design rigorous experiments and benchmark model performance using scientific evaluation methods.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy research into production.
• Publish research findings and contribute to the broader AI research community.
• Mentor engineers and researchers while shaping the company’s long‑term AI roadmap.
