Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, NLP, or related field.
• 3+ years of AI research experience with demonstrated impact.
• Strong expertise in transformer architectures, deep learning, and generative AI.
• Hands-on experience with Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
• Experience with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG, RLHF, or model optimization.
• Strong background in mathematics, statistics, and ML theory.
• Excellent communication and scientific writing skills.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Natural Language Processing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of AI research experience with demonstrated research impact.
• Strong expertise in transformer architectures, deep learning, and generative AI.
• Hands‑on experience with Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
• Experience with LLM fine‑tuning, prompt engineering, RAG, RLHF, or model optimization.
• Strong background in mathematics, statistics, and machine learning theory.
• Excellent communication and scientific writing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Publications in leading AI conferences such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL, EMNLP, or AAAI.
• Experience with conversational AI, speech recognition, or multimodal learning.
• Knowledge of model compression, quantization, and efficient inference.
• Experience building production AI systems.
• Contributions to open‑source AI research projects.
• Startup or high‑growth technology experience.
