Teacher Retirement System of Texas invites applications for an AI Research & Data Analytics Associate Fellow. This full-time, temporary role supports enterprise AI initiatives, data pipelines, and governance within the IT division at TRS HQ in Austin, TX.
The fellowship targets new graduates with a degree in CS/AI/DS and offers exposure to Databricks, Fabric, and Azure AI services, along with hands-on prototyping and research projects.
Competenze
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, data science, AI, ML, computer engineering, IT or related field awarded within the last 12 months.
- Experience through coursework, internships or projects prototyping AI solutions.
- Exposure to Azure services and modern data platforms preferred.
Mansioni
- Assist researching emerging AI technologies, trends, tools and industry practices.
- Evaluate applications of generative AI, agentic AI, ML and analytics solutions.
- Develop proofs of concept, prototypes and demos to evaluate AI technologies.
- Support testing and validation of AI tools, models and technologies.
- Document results, lessons learned and recommendations for future implementation.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, analysts and business teams on AI initiatives.
