Oorwin AI is seeking an experienced AI & IT Technical Consultant to support the Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS) with strategic technology initiatives, solution design, and implementation across AI, automation, cloud, data, and cybersecurity.

The role focuses on enterprise IT modernization, digital transformation, and advisory services to public-sector clients, requiring strong communication with stakeholders and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering/Business or equivalent experience.
• Experience in enterprise IT consulting, advisory, architecture or implementation.
• Experience with large organizations and public-sector environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud, data, security, and digital transformation.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic IT consulting and technology advisory to enterprise initiatives.
• Assess environments and identify modernization opportunities.
• Develop roadmaps, architectures, and implementation plans.
• Design and optimize AI and automation solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and project teams.
• Produce technical documentation and deliverables.
• Support cloud, data, cybersecurity, and transformation efforts.
• Deliver knowledge transfer and training for TRS personnel.
