The ideal candidate has extensive experience in financial-services AI compliance and excels at evaluating AI outputs for accuracy and quality. Responsibilities include error identification, evidence-based feedback, and independent, deadline-driven work to help improve AI model performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Compliance / regulatory response for financial-services AI.
• Native or professional English fluency.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics.
• Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback.
• Apply deep subject-matter expertise to grade outputs.
• Review AI-generated work products for accuracy, rigor, and domain quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
