Qualifications

3+ years of professional experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs.
Background in compliance program management or enterprise risk management.
Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate regulatory workflows into evaluation tasks.
Clear written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to regulatory requirements and compliance program assessments.
Create realistic scenarios based on compliance and risk workflows such as regulatory examinations and internal audit findings.
Annotate, label, and validate data across compliance use cases like control testing and regulatory change management.
Provide structured feedback on AI accuracy in regulatory standards (FINRA, OCC, FFIEC, FDA, SEC, GDPR, HIPAA) and risk frameworks (COSO, ISO 31000).
Collaborate asynchronously with research teams to refine evaluation frameworks for compliance and risk AI.
