Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in penetration testing, red team operations, or AI red team work.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, information technology, programming, development, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Background in AI red teaming, red teaming, or offensive cyber operations.
• Understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, software applications, cloud computing, and networking.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct adversarial testing campaigns against AI models, including large language models, multimodal systems, and autonomous agents.
• Research attack vectors, prompt injection techniques, jailbreaks, and unintended model behaviors.
• Run red team exercises to evaluate model outputs for bias, toxicity, misinformation, and other harmful responses.
• Create adversarial datasets and benchmarks to assess model robustness under different attack conditions.
• Document findings, present vulnerabilities, and recommend remediation actions to security and development stakeholders.
