DataAnnotation seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer to guide frontier AI models in evaluating real electrical and electronics work. You’ll shape problems, judge model reasoning, and defend design choices with written rationales.

This role blends hardware judgment with AI tooling to teach AI to reason about circuits and physical constraints. Applicants should have 2+ years in circuit or electronics engineering and fluency in English.

Formación

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual).
• 2+ years of industry experience in circuit or electronics engineering.
• Background in electrical/electronics engineering or related discipline.
• Strong ability to defend design choices and tradeoffs.
• Ability to articulate why an answer is wrong, not only that it is.
• Working comfort with AI tools, or the ability to pick them up quickly.
• Bachelor’s preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Design challenging, realistic engineering problems from your practice.
• Run problems through frontier AI models and judge against professional standards.
• Compare model versions on identical prompts and evaluate performance gaps.
• Critique model-generated derivations, schematics, component selections, and calculations with rationale.
• Flag concrete failures with evidence and proper justification.
