Job summary

Uniphore is seeking an Enterprise Data Architect to lead data architecture across multiple customer deployments. You will design data models, embeddings, and retrieval structures powering agentic AI on the BAIC platform, while guiding integration with SAP, Salesforce, Outlook/365, and other systems.

You will mentor engineers on ETL/ELT design, governance, and data quality, ensuring scalable, secure data foundations for AI/ML workloads in regulated industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise data platforms.
• Hands-on SQL and Python with cloud data platforms and data warehouse/lakehouse tech.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal data architecture authority across multiple FDE client engagements.
• Design canonical and dimensional data models and embedding/vector store schemas for AI use cases.
• Define integration patterns across ERP/CRM/legacy sources (SAP, Salesforce, AS/400, D365, Outlook).
• Establish data quality, lineage, metadata, and governance standards for auditable data.
