Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking an Enterprise Data Architect to lead strategy and architecture for enterprise data, ontology, and AI platforms across Palantir Foundry/AIP, Snowflake, and AWS. You’ll establish scalable standards, patterns, and roadmaps that enable secure, governed data and cost-effective analytics for the business.

Responsibilities include defining data models, governance, and data mesh patterns; guiding AI/GenAI and RAG implementations; and collaborating with senior leaders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in Enterprise/Data/Solution Architecture or related roles, with 5+ years in an architect capacity.
• 4+ years designing enterprise Data, Cloud, or AI architectures at scale.
• 3+ years with Palantir Foundry and AIP, including Ontology design and governance.
• Deep expertise in enterprise data modeling, ontology/knowledge graphs, data mesh, and domain-driven design.
• Strong AWS/cloud-native patterns, event-driven and API-based integration, high availability, observability, and IaC.
• Experience with AI/ML, GenAI, RAG, and Agentic AI governance.
• Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and security frameworks.
• TOGAF/ArchiMate knowledge; ability to communicate decisions to executives.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive architecture governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead ontology & Palantir platform architecture across Foundry/AIP, defining object models and governance.
• Define reference architectures and usage patterns for Foundry/AIP capabilities and guardrails.
• Integrate Ontology with core systems (policy, billing, claims) and the data platform.
• Define architecture for AI, GenAI, and Agentic workflows, including LLM/RAG patterns and Responsible AI.
