Genpact invites applications for the role of Senior Architect focused on Enterprise Data Architecture and Data Agents. You will provide thought leadership and hands-on guidance for the design and rollout of data agents enabling business users to access core data via AI-driven experiences.

Responsibilities include defining the target architecture, semantic modeling, and governance, while partnering with the Enterprise Architecture team to plan Phase 2 with Microsoft IQ, Graph, and RLS.

Qualifikationen

• Deep, demonstrated experience in semantic modeling and enterprise data architecture.
• Strong background in AI-powered data access and Data Agent design patterns.
• Experience with modern data architectures (governance, security, scalability).
• Familiarity with Microsoft data/AI ecosystem (IQ, Graph) is a plus for Phase 2 alignment.
• Ability to work directly with enterprise architecture stakeholders to shape strategy and execution.

Aufgaben

• Define target architecture for Data Agents, covering data access, governance, security, and scalability.
• Design semantic layer for Borrowers, Investors, Facilities, and Sponsors with business context.
• Govern cross-dataset relationships to improve response accuracy and trustworthiness.
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture to guide initial Data Agents and plan Phase 2.
