Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Rack Level Integration Engineer to support the integration, validation, and testing of advanced AI compute rack solutions. You will work with servers, accelerators, networking switches, power, cooling, and optical interconnects to ensure reliable rack performance.

Relocation is available nationwide; sponsorship is provided. Compensation ranges from $131,010 to $196,300 per year plus yearly bonus and sign-on RSUs. This is an onsite role based in Santa Clara.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant engineering field.
• 3+ years of hands-on rack-level integration experience.
• Strong understanding of AI compute rack architecture and integrated components.
• Knowledge of rack-level management and integration best practices.
• Experience testing and qualifying rack-level solutions.
• Proficiency with Mechanical and Thermal CAD tools.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and validate AI compute rack hardware and software components.
• Configure and test servers, switches, accelerators, power, and cooling systems.
• Perform rack setup, qualification, and performance testing.
• Support rack-level monitoring, management, and automation functions.
• Integrate smart PDUs and optical interconnect solutions.
• Execute hands-on lab racking and stacking activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, program management, customers, and vendors.
