What We're Looking For
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 3–5 years of professional experience.
  • OR Master's/PhD with 2–3 years of experience.
  • Equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree will also be considered.
Technical Requirements
  • Integration Mastery: Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience specifically in rack‑level integration.
  • AI Infrastructure: Deep understanding of AI compute rack configurations and the functional interplay of all integrated components.
  • Design Tools: Proficiency in Mechanical and Thermal CAD tools.
  • Systems Management: Strong grasp of rack‑level management functions and industry best practices.
  • Testing: Proven track record of qualifying high‑performance rack solutions against strict reliability benchmarks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Direct experience with rack‑level optical interconnects.
  • Previous experience within a high‑tech semiconductor or data center environment.
