Job summary

Outlier is hiring to join a remote team evaluating AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain in writing what was off. This flexible, remote role pays up to $15/hour and includes access to leading LLMs.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly detail-oriented, and able to clearly articulate observations. Bachelor’s degree or higher is a plus. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome, with payments weekly.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Comfortable discussing AI-related scenarios in natural language.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each output sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs to spot issues like distortion, flickering, or sync problems and explaining findings in writing.
