Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what’s off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Earn up to $15 USD/hr with weekly payments via ACH, PayPal and AirTM. The role offers flexible hours and remote work, plus free access to leading LLMs to support your evaluations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication and comfortable with natural conversational speech
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining realistic situations in a natural way
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking how natural and clear each one sounded
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism and writing explanations in English
