Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, remotely and on your own schedule.

Earn up to $15 USD/hour with flexible hours and weekly payments. This remote role offers access to leading LLMs and the chance to influence how AI systems reason and improve.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and careful analysis.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models in English.
• Ranking naturalness and usefulness of outputs and explaining judgments in writing.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos for adherence to prompts and quality.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, or misalignment with audio.
