Outlier is hiring for a remote, flexible, hourly role reviewing AI-generated media. You will hold English-language live conversations with AI voice models, assess image/video outputs, and provide written explanations detailing issues and alignment with prompts.

The work emphasizes precision, reliability, and clear communication across tasks. Applicants should be fluent in English, detail-oriented, and able to evaluate both visual and audio content.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfortable with natural conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail, with the patience to look and listen closely and replay when needed.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio mismatch.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific English explanation.
