Job summary

LILT is seeking detail-oriented human reviewers to support AI training across diverse tasks. You will evaluate prompts and outputs, review text, analyze multimedia, and contribute voice recordings as needed. Success comes from strong judgment, local cultural insight, and adherence to guidelines.

As an independent contractor, you choose when and how much to work, with competitive rates and opportunities for growth and recognition in a global linguist community.

Qualifications

• Native fluency in the target language.
• Strong command of English.
• Experience as AI reviewer, annotator or evaluator preferred.
• Comfortable with textual and audio/video materials.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines and provide clear feedback.
• High attention to detail and accurate content categorization.

Responsibilities

• Generate original content or assess AI-generated outputs.
• Deliver culturally relevant content with local tone and market fit.
• Spot artefacts, style inconsistencies, translation issues or cultural mismatches.
• Provide concise, structured annotations for model improvement.
• Apply guidelines consistently and participate in calibration and QA.
