Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on a flexible schedule. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain what looked off, helping improve advanced AI systems.

In this 1099-contract role, you can work from home or while traveling, with earnings up to $15 per hour and additional incentives. Prior experience in evaluating AI outputs is helpful, and candidates from multiple countries are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and careful review of AI outputs.
• Ability to articulate explanations in writing and in English.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate each exchange.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely for issues like distortion, flickering, or misalignment.
• Provide written explanations in English detailing findings and rationale.
