Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. Hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off. This is fully remote and on your own schedule.

You’ll help shape AI systems by ranking outputs, noting errors, and writing concise explanations. This freelance role offers flexible hours, weekly pay, and earnings up to $15/hour with incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail: able to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining realistic situations in natural language.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.
• Currently accepting applicants from: Australia, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, United States.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each exchange sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a focused English explanation.
