Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score each exchange, compare generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt better, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Work from home with flexible hours and help shape how advanced AI systems reason and learn.

Qualifications

Fluent English speaker with strong written communication and comfort with everyday conversational speech.
Strong attention to detail, patience to replay/zoom in, and ability to explain observations clearly.
Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
Bachelor's degree or above is nice to have and can enhance opportunities.

Responsibilities

Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural and clear each sounded.
Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio/video.
Rating outputs across dimensions (adherence, quality, realism) and writing English explanations of observations.
