Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely and on your own schedule. You will role-play live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what looked or sounded wrong in writing.

This is a freelance, 1099 opportunity with flexible hours and weekly payments. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, highly attentive, with strong written communication and the ability to decide when both options have flaws.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication in everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail, patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or mismatched audio.
• Rating outputs on adherence, quality, and realism and writing concise explanations in English.
