Responsibilities include crafting rubrics, reviewing AI outputs, and providing clear feedback to the project team. This is a part-time, remote role requiring 10–20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience as a 211 Specialist or equivalent government information role.
• 1+ year of regular, high-volume public contact.
• Working knowledge of public benefits and community resources.
• US-based.
• Able to start quickly and commit 10-20 hours/week.
• Clear, precise writing.

Responsibilities

• Review sample questions and flag those not sounding like real callers.
• Write rubrics defining correct, complete answers with referrals and next steps.
• Evaluate AI-generated answers against rubrics for accuracy, flagging errors, omissions, outdated guidance, and unhelpful responses.
• Share clear written feedback with the project team asynchronously.
